Rule and Regulation

01. It is compulsory for the students to attend the school 5 minutes before the school reporting time.

02. Students without school uniform are strictly not allowed.

03. Silence in the classroom is mandatory.

04. No student is allowed to leave the school premises without the  prior permission of the school authority.

05. Students are not allowed to come to  ride cycles in the school premises.

06. Students are not allowed to come to school by bike /scooty without driving licence.

07. Students should take care of their study materials and school property. Incase of any damage or destruction of school property, the Principal should be reported at once.

08. Books and copies should be covered and labeled with student’s name. Class routine must be followed, Lunch box and water bottle is compulsory to bring.

09. Regarding the outbreak of any contagious disease in the family, an infected student should not attend the School without Medical Certificate.

10. Incase of absence, the reason must be mentioned by the Parents/Guardians in the School Diary.

11. Except study materials, students are not allowed to bring either magazines, newspaper or any other valuable articles.

12. Use of Mobile Phones and Cameras are strictly banned for students in the school  premises. It it is found with any student, it will be destroyed by the Principal or Vice Principal.

13. Cooperation for the well being of the child, even in the form of complain, is highly appreciated. Parents/Guardians are requested to send the same in writing.

14. Parents/Guardians are not allowed to visit the classroom or meet the teacher directly. Principal or Vice Principal should be consulted for the same.

15. Academic progress of students should be discussed in Parents-Teachers meeting. The schedule for the same will be conveyed to the parents by the Principal.

16. Half day leave is strictly not allowed except on medical ground.

17. Parents are not allowed to bring the Lunch  Box for their ward during the school hour. It should be sent along with the student.

18. 75%  attendance is compulsory .

LIBRARY RULES

01. Silence is mandatory in the Library.

02. Books remove from the self should be kept in the book troley/table after use. Please do not try to keep in the sel f/ almirah.

03. Books in the reference section will not be taken out of the library.

04. Students must not write anything in the book.

05. Students must return the books within the permitted time, failing which, fine will be charged per day.

06. All books must be returned two weeks before the Annual Examination.

RULES TO BE OBSERVED IN THE LABORATORY

01. It is compulsory to wear apron while entering into the Laboratory.

02. Seat, instruments (like Glassware, apparatus & other equipments) and Practical records must be well arranged, handled with extreme care and kept tidy by the students.

03. No equipment or chemicals except the one issued for the practical should be handled by the students.

04. Laboratory should left clean and well arranged after the completion of experiments.

05. Students are not allowed to bring their own apparatus or chemicals.

06. Students are not allowed to take any apparatus/chemical from the school lab.

07. Fine will be imposed on all breakage or damage  caused to the equipment’s.

INFORMATION FOR PARENTS/GUARDIANS

01. Parents/Guardians may meet the Principal and Vice Principal during the School hours only with Visitor’s Card issued by the School.

02. The school should immediately be informed in case of any change in the personal address or contact no. of the Parents/Guardians.

03. Parents/Guardians are strictly not allowed in the School premises without escort card provided by the School for safety reason.

04. Students personal details provided by the Parents/Guardians in the Admission Form  will not be changed later under any circumstances.

05. It is mandatory to fill up each column of Personal Record(in the Diary) along with  a recent Passport size coloured  photograph in the School uniform      Photograph in School uniform  to cooperate the School to maintain a Personal file of each student.

07.  Parents are not allowed to bring the Lunch  Box for their ward during the school hour. It should be sent along with the student.

08. Damage of School property caused by the students, will have to be compensated by the concerned Student/Parent.

09. 75%  attendance is compulsory .

14. All boys (except Shiksh) must keep their hair short, Girls tie their hair neatly with a Black or white hair band.

15. School Fees must be deposited by 25^th  of every month(Current month) without  Late  Fine on any working  days except on SUNDAY & HOLIDAYS.

16. If the Fee is not paid by the closing date of the month, a Late Fine of  Rs.100/- per month will be charged for the unpaid months. Late Fine will not be excused under any  circumstances.

17. Parents/Guardians are advised to clear all the dues before the commencement of TERMINAL Examination to be held in September & March respectively.

18. Fees for the month of FEBRUARY & MARCH must be remitted in the month of  FEBRUARY.

19. A Fine of Rs.100/- will be charged in case of Fee Book is lost.

20. Student’s name will be struck off from the School Register incase of long dues.
